By day, I'm a senior HR practitioner who has spent 13+ years partnering with leaders across multiple industries: building teams, developing managers, running engagement programs and advising on the people decisions that shape organisations.I started Rise & Lead because the knowledge that determines who gets promoted, which managers succeed and why teams thrive rarely leaves the HR office.
